Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing PrepLearn.net, using our API, or creating an Organization account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. SaaS & Subdomain Usage
PrepLearn provides organizations with the ability to create custom subdomains (e.g., yourorg.preplearn.net). We reserve the right to reclaim or rename subdomains that are inactive for more than 180 days or violate trademark rights.
3. Use of Federal Data
Our platform facilitates the mapping of assessment results to programs listed on collegescorecard.ed.gov. While we strive for accuracy, PrepLearn is not responsible for changes made to federal datasets or the final admission decisions made by educational institutions.
4. API & Integration
Organizations are granted a limited license to use the PrepLearn API for automating user creation and invitation workflows. Excessive use that degrades the service for other users may result in temporary suspension of API access.
5. Intellectual Property
Organizations retain all rights to their proprietary assessment questions and branding assets. PrepLearn retains all rights to the underlying logic, source code, and "PrepLearn" brand identity.
